Werkstudent YouTube Content (all genders)

We are building no further corporate channel. We are building a YouTube channel that makes the stories, personalities, and developments behind Miss Germany visible – for hundreds of thousands of people.

To do this, we are looking for people who love YouTube. People who don't just consume it, but also wonder why some videos inspire millions of people. Those who enjoy peeking behind the scenes. And those who have a desire to help build the next generation of Female-Empowerment-Content together with us.

Aufgaben

As Werkstudent YouTube Content, you will support our team in developing, planning, and implementing our YouTube content. You will be close to our productions, learn about storytelling, production, and post-production, and help bring our ideas to life.

Qualifikation

We have a match if the following applies:

• You love YouTube. Really. You probably spend more time on YouTube than Netflix and are interested in why some videos work better than others.
• You have creator energy. You observe trends, have ideas, and share them with others.
• You recognize good stories. You find people, developments, and special moments exciting and have a sense of what others might be interested in.
• You want to learn. Storytelling, content production, shoots, editing, YouTube strategies – you're eager to dive deep into the world of content.
• You support others. Whether it's research, preparing for shoots, organization, production support, or coordinating with the team – you roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
• You keep track of things. You work reliably, organize, and don't lose your train of thought even when multiple things are happening at once.
• You feel comfortable when not everything is predetermined. We're building something new. That means responsibility, quick decisions, and a lot of room for design.
• You want to build something. Not manage, but grow and shape together with us.Flexibility & Travel Readiness: You have a desire to accompany us at productions in different locations and occasionally be on site during shoots.
