Robot Remote Operator (w/m/x)

Your Tasks

• You monitor our robot fleet and resolve any issues that arise.
• You communicate problems and solutions to our customers and colleagues to ensure fleet performance.
• You recognize patterns and performance gaps, allowing us to improve our fleet.
• You work together with our support engineers on improving our processes.

Your Profile

• You are enrolled in a degree program and are enthusiastic about robotics, computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar fields.
• You have a basic understanding of robots, ideally with ROS experience.
• You speak English, German knowledge is an asset.
• You live in Munich or surrounding areas, as the work will be performed on-site (home office possible).
