Aufgabenbereich

• Produktstrategie & Roadmap: Support us in monitoring, communicating, and documenting our product roadmap, vision, and strategy. Ensure that every team knows what we are publishing and why.
• Markt-Pulse & Competitive Intelligence: The world is developing at lightning speed, especially thanks to KI. You will conduct essential competitor-monitoring and market-research activities, recognize new trends, analyze the actions of our competitors, and provide the data basis for our next strategic product decisions.
• Voice of the Customer: Dive deep into customer feedback (surveys, tickets, interviews). You will analyze the data, create actionable recommendations, and contribute to a truly data-driven, customer-oriented product development.
• Wissens-Enablement: Ensure that our collective product knowledge is documented and easily accessible for the entire organization.
• Marketing & Performance: Get a 360-degree view of the business! You will support in planning marketing campaigns from idea to launch, monitor central KPIs, performance metrics, and sales data, and contribute directly to the growth of an MDAX company.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in the field of economics or computer science (or comparable major).
• First experience in product management, marketing, sales, customer experience, analytics, or a similar role (practical training or student activities).
• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint (Google Slides) and Excel (or Google Sheets).
• Strong analytical skills and interest in working in a complex multi-product environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory, German is an asset.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
