Onboarding Support for Gastronomy (w/m/d)

To ensure our gastronomes have a perfect start, we're looking for YOU! We need support for our onboarding team – someone with organizational talent, a friendly voice, and an eye for design.

In this role, you can expect the following tasks

• You'll support our customer-support team in daily business, wherever needed
• Creation of digital menus for our QR-code ordering system
• Taking over activations and simple configurations of our additional products
• Supporting phone scheduling for onboarding sessions with our customers
• You'll manage the order process for our QR-codes and coordinate with external service providers, logistics, and our customers

What we're looking for

• A structured and precise work style
• You're an enrolled student:in (field of study is secondary) and are flexible during the week
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
• You have no fear of the phone and are super friendly when dealing with our customers from the gastronomy industry
• Nice to have: work experience in the gastronomy industry
• A keen eye for aesthetics and optional experience with Canva or Adobe Express (for menus and designs)
