Aufgabenbereich

• Participation in planning, implementation, and documentation of measures for occupational safety.
• Data collection, evaluation, and reporting on key figures.
• Administrative tasks around certifications, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Support in documenting and tracking deadlines for e.g. recurring inspections or training sessions in emergency management.
• Creation of guidelines and workflows for relevant facility management safety topics.
• Support in creating presentations for occupational health committee meetings or information materials for e-learning and intranet contributions on occupational health and health promotion.
• Coordination of interface work between Occupational Health Management, Facility Management, and other departments.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in the field of occupational health management, safety engineering, business engineering, facility manager, sustainable science and technology - focus on occupational safety or comparable.
• Analytical thinking, structured work style, and self-organization.
• Good communication skills, team spirit, and confident demeanor.
• Basis knowledge of the Occupational Health Act.
• Very good knowledge in handling Google products (Google Workspace), secure use of content management systems.
• Readiness to bring ideas for AI implementation in occupational safety and implement them together in practical projects.
• Very good German language skills.
