Student Assistant (m/f/d) in HR-Controlling and HR-Administration

We are a 100% subsidiary of the Honda Corporation since 1998, operating in Germany and having a branch in Barcelona, Spain since 2007. Additionally, we operate financial services with cooperating partner banks in 15 European countries.

Tasks

HR-Controlling

• Support in creating and developing HR-reports
• Evaluation of KPIs (e.g. Headcount, Sickness rate)
• Participation in forecasts and budget planning for the personnel department
• Presentation and analysis of personnel data to support decision-making

HR-Administration

• Preliminary work and maintenance of personnel files and master data
• Support in the entire administrative HR daily business (time recording, contracts, certifications, eAU, document management)
• Participation in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support in HR projects such as process optimizations, digitalization or employer branding

Qualification

• You are a registered student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Information Systems, Human Resources Management or a similar study program
• First experiences with HR or Controlling are advantageous but not necessary
• High numerical affinity and secure handling of Excel
• Structured and meticulous working style
• Discretion in dealing with sensitive data
• Team spirit, willingness to learn and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Very good German and English
