Our Global IT Support Team is looking for a motivated student assistant to support our internal infrastructure and colleagues. You will be part of a dynamic team that ensures our technical equipment and systems run smoothly every day. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional IT environment during your studies.

Aufgaben

• You provide professional helpdesk support for internal colleagues and assist with hardware and software inquiries.
• You coordinate and accompany the onboarding process for new employees and ensure they are technically ready from day one.
• You prepare hardware components (laptops, peripherals) and configure them for release.
• You maintain and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge exchange within the team.
• You manage and inventory our IT assets, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and ready for use.

Qualifikationen

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• You bring first-hand experience in IT support or a great passion for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• You are characterized by reliable, structured working habits and high service orientation.
• You possess the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and clearly.
• You have fluent German and English skills, which are required for this role.
