Werkstudent (w/m/d) - Global IT Support

We are looking for a motivated work student to support our internal infrastructure and colleagues. Tasks

• You will provide professional helpdesk support for internal colleagues and assist with hardware and software inquiries.
• You will coordinate and accompany the onboarding process for new employees and ensure that they are technically ready to start from day one.
• You will prepare hardware components (laptops, peripherals) and configure these for release.
• You will maintain and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge exchange within the team.
• You will manage and inventory our IT assets, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and ready for use.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• You bring first-hand experience in IT support or a great passion for troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• You are characterized by reliable, structured working habits and high service orientation.
• You possess the ability to explain complex technical issues simply and clearly.
• You have fluent German and English skills, which are required for this role.
