Your Mission

As Finance Intern (w/m/d) in the Finance department, you support our Finance team in their daily operations with a focus on credit card and travel expense management. Additionally, you work on tax-related projects and actively support the development of our financial processes. Together with the team, you identify automation potentialities and accompany their structured implementation. The position offers you exciting insights into the diverse tasks of a modern finance department in a rapidly growing company.

Your Impact

• Processing and reviewing credit card and travel expense statements in accordance with local accounting standards, internal guidelines, and processes.

• Supporting the preparation and implementation of tax-related projects in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Identifying optimization potentialities in existing financial processes and developing practical solutions together with the team.

• Collaborating on the conception and implementation of automation initiatives and actively accompanying the structured rollout.

• Administrative support in the daily operations of the Finance department to ensure smooth processes.

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Controlling.

• First practical experiences in the area of Finance, Accounting or Controlling, for example through internships or work student activities.

• Interest in learning new tools and software solutions and applying them.

• Structured, meticulous, and reliable working style, particularly when dealing with numbers and meeting deadlines.

• Safe communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.

• A high level of discretion and responsibility in handling sensitive financial data.
