Job Responsibilities

• Supporting operational website management and strategic development.
• Creating texts for external and internal communication (intranet, newsletter, career site etc.).
• Maintaining employer review platforms (kununu, Glassdoor).
• Planning events in collaboration with recruiting.
• Closely working with other departments within IONOS (e.g. branding, internal communication).

Qualifications

• A advanced degree in the field of economics, marketing or communication.
• Editorial skills and a sense for design.
• First experiences with CMS and Canva are a plus.
• A high affinity to employer branding and HR topics as well as interest in personnel marketing and corporate culture.
• You speak fluent German and English.
