Join as a student in the field of Content and Communications Management. In this role, you will support our team in ensuring high-quality communication for IONOS customers worldwide. You will work with modern tools for managing content, templates, and notifications and ensure that our standards are met in all relevant markets.

Tasks

• Creation and publication of texts for customer communication.
• Integration of texts into various tools according to our standards.
• Management of internal tickets with Jira.
• Creation of mailing templates in our Maileditor-Tool according to product and campaign management specifications.
• Testing and release of templates.
• Translation of templates for all relevant IONOS markets.
• Creation of SMS and push notifications.
• Update of training materials in English.

Qualifications

• Enrollment at a university or college.
• Ideal, first experiences with content management systems.
• You feel comfortable in an environment with technical products.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
