Werkstudent (w/m/d) - Compliance

You will support the Compliance Team in ensuring corporate-wide compliance and the Legal Team in their daily legal work. Besides these exciting tasks, you can expect many insights into the wide range of tasks in a Compliance function as well as in the interesting daily work of the Legal Department.

Tasks

• Supporting the implementation of regulatory projects, for example, with regard to CS3D, the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), and other special legal requirements.
• Participation in coordinating our local Compliance units, conducting Compliance risk analyses, and checking sanction lists.
• Supporting the creation of internal reports, presentations, and group-wide guideline management.
• Conducting research in various areas of German law, EU law, and other relevant legal systems.
• Assistance with tasks in the area of contract management as well as participation in creating legal documents, contracts, and reviewing legal questions.

Qualifications

• Students at a state-recognized university who have been enrolled for at least two semesters throughout their entire period of activity.
• Ideal candidates would be those with first-hand practical experience gained through internships and an outstanding interest in Compliance and legal topics.
• A thorough, independent, and meticulous working style.
• An open communication style and the ability to successfully act in an international environment.
• A cooperative nature that enables quick integration into the team, combined with high analytical skills and organizational talent.
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
