Working Student (m/f/d) Business Development
Job description
Holzprofi24 is the market leader in eCommerce for Home & Garden in the DACH region. We consistently scale our business through an AI-driven and tech-focused infrastructure. To further advance our automation and unlock new growth potential in eCommerce, we are seeking support in Business Development. You will work at the interface between business, tech, and AI and will be flexibly deployed in projects across different departments.
Identification and testing of new AI tools and automations for process optimization
Support in the conception and implementation of technical and strategic eCommerce projects
Data-based analyses for performance improvement along the value chain
Cross-departmental deployment in changing focus areas depending on project situation
Contribution of pragmatic solutions in daily operational business
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Strong affinity for technology and AI, as well as an interest in modern software solutions
Strong business acumen and analytical understanding
Enthusiasm for online retail and data-driven work
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
