Working Student (m/f/d) AI Integration Specialist

We don't feel like "business as usual". While others are still talking about ChatGPT, we are already building the infrastructure of tomorrow. As part of our Product Management team, we are looking for a 5-person elite unit of tech talents to make our "AI-ready" area. You are not here to make coffee – you act as internal consulting and development in one person and help us "hack" our working world.

Tasks

• Conducting AI audits by analyzing internal processes and identifying opportunities for "AI-ification" to increase efficiency.
• Development of MVP solutions and prototypes, such as Custom GPTs, RAG systems for internal documentation, and automation scripts.
• Building RAG pipelines for our company knowledge and automating repetitive manual tasks using Agentic Workflows.
• Enabling and coaching permanent colleagues in the use of AI tools, especially in the areas of Prompt Engineering and tool selection.
• Direct collaboration with Product Management and the Tech Lead level for the implementation of the latest models such as GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 and Gemini.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying computer science (at least 4th semester) or a comparable Master's degree program.
• Strong technical understanding with sound Python knowledge and experience in handling APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain).
• Practical knowledge of vector databases and experience in building AI agents is a big plus.
• Experience in "Vibe-Coding" and a strong desire to let off steam and experiment with new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex tech topics in an understandable way, even for non-technical areas, such as marketing.
• You communicate confidently in English; German language skills are a plus.
