Job description
You want to make AI not just discuss in seminars, but productive in real corporate processes? Then you're at CAPERA right.
Who we are:
CAPERA is a nationwide executive search firm (Executive Search). In our service center in Kassel, we are systematically integrating AI and automation into our workflows – from research to interview and project documentation, reports, knowledge transfer, and internal collaboration.
Tasks
- Analyze & automate processes: You identify recurring workflows in a personnel consulting firm and build suitable workflows (e.g. Research, Interview Notes, Documentation, Report Writing, Knowledge Management, Internal Coordination).
- Make KI-Workflows productive: You work with Langdock, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Copilot – and ensure that these become repeatable, team-friendly solutions.
- Automate workflows: You connect tools using n8n (or comparable automation logic) and integrate MS365 building blocks (e.g. Outlook/Teams/SharePoint) where sensible.
- Explain, document, stay on track: You create short instructions/playbooks, gather feedback, and keep the thread at project level.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics (or very similar), ideally with interest in digitalization/process management.
- German at least C1 level (you explain, moderate, document).
- You are quickly fit in new tools, work structured and communicate clearly.
- You can explain technical topics in a way that is easy to understand and do not lose sight even with multiple topics parallel.
Nice to have (not necessary):
- Experience with automation tools (n8n/Make/similar) or KI-Workflows (Prompting, Templates, Knowledge Structures).
- Basic understanding of MS365/SharePoint logic.
Benefits
- 12–20 hours per week, flexible planning possible
- at least 60% presence in the Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe office, rest hybrid possible
- Practice projects with visible results – no
