Working Student Business Informatics / IT (m/f/d) - 20h/week

We are looking for a new working student (m/f/d) in Business Informatics / IT, IT Management, Digitalization & Processes, to support us in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure.

Your tasks:

• Support and optimization of the (SaaS) applications used in the company

• Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software and automation tools

• Documentation & conceptualization of digital business processes

• Planning and introduction of new software & IT solutions for process optimization

• Connecting standard solutions via interfaces and automating data flows

• Development & implementation of automations for everyday tasks (e.g., with N8N, Claude, Make, Zapier & Co.)

• Error analysis & troubleshooting of existing processes and workflows

Salary: 1,200 Euros per month (gross)

What you should bring:

• (Not strictly required) Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

• Self-taught knowledge is perfectly fine

• Strong interest in automation, SaaS solutions, and digital workflows

• The ability to follow existing processes and optimize them independently

• Quick comprehension and high discipline

• Confident handling of performance pressure in a dynamic environment

• Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

• Neat and error-free written expression in German

• Previous experience in online marketing, agencies, consulting, etc. is an advantage, but not strictly required
