Student / Studentin (m/w/d) for Reportdesign & Output Management (Infor LN Cloud)

Tasks

• Creation and adaptation of layouts, including orders, order confirmations, invoices, credits, and load reports, as well as delivery notes
• Harmonization of documents according to Joyson Design Guidelines
• Support in configuring and implementing the reporting tool
• Integration of data fields from the ERP system into reports
• Safeguarding correct data logic (e.g. prices, incoterms, quantities)
• Creation of document standards, layout guidelines, and documentation
• Conducting tests (test cases, comparison with departments)
• Safeguarding legal requirements in cooperation with the department (e.g. invoicing requirements, e-invoicing)
• Coordination with various departments and taking on requirements and translating them into technical layouts
• Support in ongoing ERP implementation project
• Participation in introducing new document types (e.g. e-invoice / ZUGFeRD / XRechnung)

Qualification

• Student (m/w/d) of business informatics, computer science, business administration (with IT focus) or a comparable program
• First knowledge in the field of data structures / ERP systems, reporting tools or layout design
• Familiarity with Windows and common MS Office products (especially Excel)
• Structured and meticulous working style
