Working Student / Working Student in Sales Support – Asset Management (60–80%)

• Support of Account Management and Client Service: Preparation, organization, and participation in customer appointments; processing and documentation of customer inquiries and meetings in CRM (Salesforce)
• Maintenance, further development, and optimization of Salesforce, including suggestions for efficiency improvement
• Creation and further development of meaningful customer presentations and sales support documents
• Support with reporting, analyses, and decision-making bases for sales
• Contribution of own ideas for process optimization, standardization, and automation
• Participation in interdepartmental projects; close collaboration with Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Operations
• Structured onboarding and insights into the entire value chain of Asset Management

• Master's student at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences with a focus on Business Administration, Economics, Banking and Finance.
• Participation in CFA Program, AZEK, or CAIA is a plus
• A communicative personality with a passion for direct exchange and active contact
• Strong interest in financial and capital markets
• High motivation to independently learn new subject areas
• Strong service orientation with high quality standards
• Affinity for IT topics, especially in dealing with digital tools and systems
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint); interest in databases, experience with Salesforce is an advantage
• Fluent German and English (native speaker or C2)

We are looking for a motivated and creative personality with a hands-on mentality who will flexibly support our team in Sales Support within Asset Management at the Zurich location.
Structured onboarding and insights into the entire value chain of Asset Management – including direct customer and partner contact – complete the position. Permanent employment after graduation is possible.
