Aufgaben

What you can expect from us

• You will develop individual software based on modern and innovative technologies with a focus on TypeScript, Angular, React, Next.js
• You will work with KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools and Coding Agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and learn to use them effectively and responsibly in the development process
• You will support the implementation of web applications
• You will advise on the technical implementation of business requirements
• You will work your way into existing software systems and identify optimization potential
• You will implement software requirements in exciting and varied projects
• You will set up projects from analysis to rollout and conceptualize them accordingly
• You will develop yourself and your skills further, expand your technology stack, and stay up-to-date with emerging KI-Tools and capabilities
• You will actively participate in the collective knowledge transfer within Teclead Ventures and have the opportunity to present your findings on existing and emerging technologies – including KI-gestützte Workflows

Qualifikation

Who fits well with us

• You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• You have experience in software development, ideally in a cross-functional team
• You have experience in at least one of the following frameworks based on TypeScript: React, Angular, NodeJs, React Native, Next.js
• You have already actively dealt with KI-Tools and gained first-hand experience with Coding Agents or KI-gestützte Entwicklung – whether in your studies, personal projects, or job
• You understand (or are motivated to understand) where the strengths and limitations of current KI-Tools lie, and approach their results critically and reflectively
• You bring fluent German skills (at least C1) and very good English skills
• You have already implemented web applications and understand modern IT architectures
• You possess an analytical mindset and the ability to implement technical requirements in software solutions
• You enjoy actively exploring modern technologies, frameworks, and tools – including new KI-Capabilities
• Your team spirit and communication skills stand out
• You have already used UI libraries like Bootstrap or Material

A plus, but not a must

• Deeper experience with Coding Agents in real projects
• Understanding of concepts like Prompting, Context Engineering, RAG, or MCP
• Your own experiments, side-projects, or contributions around KI-gestützte Entwicklung
