(Working Student) Video Editor (m/f/d)

paselo is a young, fast-growing company for high-quality dietary supplements for dogs. Our mission: To sustainably promote the health and joy of life of dogs – with natural, lab-tested products that are scientifically sound and valued by pet owners.

Tasks

• Produce Performance Video Ads: UGC Ads, AI-generated creatives, VSLs, and testimonial cuts for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels
• Edit clips and assemble them into strong ads: with a focus on hooks, retention, fast platform-native pacing, captions, and multiple variations of the first three seconds.
• Close collaboration with the Creative Team to develop the strongest performance ads in the DACH region and continuously test new creative approaches.
• Utilize AI as the central production engine: Employ tools like Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, Veo, or comparable solutions for footage, B-roll, images, and creative variations.
• Finalize AI output with craftsmanship: Identify weaknesses and improve them through clean editing, timing, sound design, animations, and brand fit in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or comparable tools.

Qualification

• You have experience as an Editor (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the field of AI content creation
• Ideally, you have already worked at an agency, but this is not a must
• You speak fluent German
