Video-Produktion & Drehs

• Support during shoots (filming, preparation, setup)
• Ensuring a smooth workflow during recordings
• Preliminary preparation of equipment and settings

Video Editing & Postproduktion

• Cutting and editing of video material (short-form content)
• Selection and preparation of relevant scenes
• Integration of simple effects, subtitles, and hooks

Content Creation & Social Media

• Implementation of social content (stories, reels, clips)
• Creation of trend-based content for platforms like Instagram

Publishing & Community Management

• Upload and scheduling of content (Instagram, YouTube)
• Maintenance of content plans and publication cycles
• Comment management and simple DM communication

Abstimmung & Schnittstellen

• Coordination with external video editors (material, handovers)
• Ensuring structured workflows between internal and external participants

Qualifikation

• Strong interest in video, social media, and content creation
• First experience in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Sense for trends and platform logics (e.g. Reels)
• Feeling for timing, cut, and visual impact
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube)
• Hands-on mentality and reliable work ethic
• Ongoing studies in the field of media, media informatics, communication design, marketing, or comparable
