Working Student Sales / Financial Consulting (m/f/d) – Practice Instead of Theory

Very good German language skills (C1+) are required, as the training, team communication, and the perspective towards the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) all take place in German.

Your Area of Responsibility

Start Phase (first weeks):

• Appointment Setting: You schedule customer appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.

• Process Learning: You learn conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards.

• Performance Optimization: You work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.

Further along:

• Analysis & Preparation: You support the analysis of customer situations and prepare consulting documents in a structured manner.

• Customer Contact: You accompany conversations (depending on your progress), take over follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.

• Documentation & Organization: You keep processes clean, document consistently, and ensure reliability.

• Teamwork: You work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your task packages.
