Student Assistant Contract Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated and engaged Student Assistant Contract Management (m/w/d), who will shape our themes, drive the company forward, and have direct influence on our success. 

This position is located in Munich (hybrid model).

About the Role

• Become part of the Global Business Excellence Teams
• Support our team in harmonizing and implementing our global bus partner contract, as well as automating and standardizing contract management at Flix
• You will support the creation, individualization, and finalization of contracts for new and existing markets in close cooperation with the legal department.
• You process new contract requirements and adaptation wishes and integrate these into the contract templates
• You stand in close contact and report to our project leader and responsible persons for the global bus partner contract
  

About You

• Du bist immatrikulierter Bachelor- oder Master-Student in einem wirtschafts-, rechtswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang, vorzugsweise mit internationaler Ausrichtung. Du hast noch mindestens zwei Semester vor Dir.
• Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch auf jeweils C1 Niveau. Jede weitere zusätzliche Sprache ist ein Plus.
• Du konzentrierst dich gerne auf Details und bist motiviert, tief in Verträge einzutauchen, um qualitativ hochwertige Arbeit zu leisten.
• Du bist selbstständig, zuverlässig und gewissenhaft.
• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Word, Excel und Power Point.
• Du hast eine kommunikative Ader, bist engagiert und flexibel.
• Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen in Unternehmen (z.B. via Praktika) gesammelt.
