Activate Media is a full-service digital agency from Sachsenheim, founded in 2021, with customers like Nestlé, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ERGO. We build brands, develop digital solutions, and implement AI projects that win awards (German Web Awards 2022, German Agency Award 2025).

We are growing, and for this growth, we are looking for someone who will learn to shape alongside their studies. With real projects, not just exercises.

Tasks

You work from the start with actual output. What the customer sees in the end, you help shape it.

• You support our team in UX and UI designs for websites, web apps, and digital products.
• You design screens, wireframes, and prototypes with and set design guidelines accurately.
• You help translate brand worlds into harmonious visual language.
• You work closely with experienced designers, development, and project leadership together and learn from each project.
• You bring fresh ideas, current trends, and AI-supported design workflows to the team.

We are looking for someone who

You don't have to be a finished pro. What counts is your eye and your desire to get better:

• You are enrolled as a student, ideally in the field of design, media design, communication design, or something related.
• You have a good sense for design, typography, color, and layout, and first works that show it (study projects count).
• You know your way around Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of video editing with Capcut or Adobe Premiere is a clear bonus.
• You understand UX not as decoration, but as function. You think from the user's perspective.
• Feedback is not an attack for you, but material. You take it, analyze it, and get better.
• You work reliably and independently, especially in a remote setup.
• You are secure in your communication on German.
