UX Research Student (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• You will be a permanent part of our product team, supporting us particularly in the conduct of qualitative user tests (moderated and unmoderated) and quantitative surveys, both in the DACH region and for our international market.
• You will largely independently manage our continuous satisfaction tracking for Web and App (monitoring and monthly analysis).
• In addition, you will support us as needed in more complex UX research projects (e.g. diary studies, target group analyses, focus groups, eye-tracking) and in our internal strategic UX professionalization.

Your Profile

• You are an enrolled student.
• You enjoy working with numbers and analysis.
• Prior experience with AI in UX research is desirable.
• You are interested in human behavior, specifically in the context of weather forecasts.
• You are interested in digital trends and can get excited about an outstanding user experience.
• You possess quality awareness and a willingness to take on responsibilities and show initiative.
• You are meticulous and have a sense for details.
• You are a team player who also works independently well.
• You find the collaboration in an international and interdisciplinary team exciting.
• Idealistically, you are studying psychology or human factors.
