We offer our clients design on a subscription basis through 3 customized subscription models. Tasks

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) who will structure our design team, coordinate our client-oriented subscription workflow, and act as a competent contact person at the client interface.

Your tasks with us:

• Interface & Communication: You are the central link between our clients and the internal UX/UI design team.
• Requirements Management: You will gather client requests in meetings, critically question them, and translate them into clear, understandable briefings for the designers.
• Project Coordination: You will manage design sprints, monitor timelines, and organize internal feedback loops.
• Client Contact: You will accompany client presentations, moderate coordination meetings, and ensure that expectations on both sides match.

Qualifications

• Relevant Studies: You are currently studying for a Master's degree (e.g., UX Design & Management, Design Management, Strategic Design, or a comparable degree program).
• Communication Talent: You enjoy direct client contact, present yourself professionally and confidently, and can explain complex issues simply.
• Work Ethic: You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even with parallel projects, and have the necessary flexibility for a dynamic startup environment.
• Conceptual UX Understanding: Since your focus is on organization and communication, a design portfolio is not our priority. However, it is important to us that you have a profound understanding of UX methods and the logic of design systems in order to communicate with clients and designers at eye level.
• Language Skills: Fluent German language skills as well as confident and fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
