As a Werkstudent:in in UGC Creator Management, you ensure that suitable creators are assigned to our customers. You take care of a smooth process, align with the creators and our Performance Marketing Team.

You can look forward to being a Werkstudent:in on ownership and various To Do's: also supporting the expansion of our creator pool, research for further creators, and binding and developing our creators.

the task

• Coordination and creation of briefings, including creative ideas, guidelines, and performance goals
• Communication and negotiation with creators regarding contract conditions, remuneration models, and usage rights
• Steering the content production by creators, ensuring the implementation of content according to brand guidelines and platform requirements
• Coordination and alignment with customers, creators, and internal teams for optimal implementation, support, and steering of campaigns
• Identification and evaluation of current social media trends, research, and selection of suitable creators
• Support in expanding our creator pool: further development of creators through guidelines and coaching, measures to ensure qualitative pool expansion

you

• You are interested in Creator Management and Paid Social
• You have first-hand experience from internships or work-study activities in the fields of Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, UGC, or Paid Social
• You work structured, conscientious, and keep an overview
• You are communicative and enjoy coordinating with different stakeholders
• You are still studying for at least one year
• You can work 20 hours per week and schedule your times flexibly
