The business field of Transformation Management Office with a focus on Communication at cbs supports our clients in the successful planning, steering, and implementation of complex transformation programs. We accompany companies particularly in the areas of project management, communication, change management, and stakeholder management. For our team, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) who is interested in project management, communication, and change management and wants to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

What awaits you

• You will gain exciting insights into transformation projects and the professional world of a project and change manager in SAP projects

• You will support strategically important projects and transformation initiatives

• You will deal with the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management and develop and test innovative use cases

• You will identify optimization potential and support the further development of methods, processes, and ways of working

• You will create presentations, communication concepts, and graphics to visually support projects and initiatives

• You will support the department's knowledge management and the development and maintenance of best practices, methods, and templates

• You will work on various client and internal projects and independently manage task packages

What we wish for

• Studies in business administration, communication, social sciences, or a comparable field of study

• Good analytical and organizational skills, initiative, and an independent way of working

• First experiences in the areas of project management, communication, or change management are a plus

• Creative thinking, proactive contribution of ideas, and an eye for design and target-group-oriented communication

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

• Interest in digital trends and the use of AI in the consulting and project environment
