Part-time Social Media & Content Creation (m/w/d)

Cerpro develops AI-based software for the manufacturing industry. Our technology simplifies complex processes, for example, the creation of test reports and raises the quality standard in production to a new level. This helps companies to work more efficiently and remain competitive in the long term.

Supported by international investors and our first customers, we scale our solution from Germany to the global market.

Tasks

You develop content together with us for LinkedIn and Instagram around CERPRO, our founders, and topics like AI in industry, quality assurance, start-up building, and B2B-SaaS.

You support the personal branding of the founders and help plan, prepare, and publish relevant, authentic, and recognizable content.

You prepare content in different formats, such as postings, carousels, short videos, story formats, images, simple graphics, or behind-the-scenes content.

You think in content series and formats, rather than just creating individual posts, and bring in ideas on how to systematically build reach, relevance, and recognition.

You help make content out of internal topics, customer cases, events, product developments, or founder insights that can be communicated externally.

Qualification

• You have first-hand practical experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Marketing, or Personal Branding, either through internships, part-time jobs, personal projects, or freelance work.
• You have a good sense of how content on LinkedIn and Instagram works, so people stay engaged and interact.
• You can formulate texts clearly, concisely, and target-oriented, ideally in German and English.
• You have an eye for visual preparation and can work with common tools for content creation, such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• You work structured, independently, and reliably.
• You are interested in start-ups, B2B-SaaS, AI, or industry topics and enjoy preparing complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
• You have very good German language skills; good English language skills are also an advantage.
• Ideal would be if you live in Berlin or surrounding area and can work regularly with us on-site.
