Part-time Student / Intern (20h) in Active Sourcing (m/w/d) - Remote + 2% Commission

The Ruf GmbH is a specialized recruitment agency with a focus on freight forwarders and commercial professionals.

We support our clients in finding qualified sales, logistics, and management profiles in the logistics sector.

To support our Active Sourcing department, we are looking for you.

Tasks

• Identification of suitable talents on LinkedIn and XING
• Creation of search strategies and Boolean search strings
• Analysis of profiles in the area of freight forwarding & commercial functions
• Documented and maintenance of candidate data in the system

Qualification

• First-hand practical experience in recruitment or personnel consulting
• Experience in Active Sourcing
• Very secure handling of LinkedIn and/or XING
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
