Live Reply is the Reply Group's specialist for consulting, planning, deployment, and managed services in the network sector (multi-layer transport and communication solutions for mobile and fixed networks), software-defined networks, virtualization, and digital, cloud-based application development with a special focus on the telecommunications and media industries.

Responsibilities

Do you want to combine your studies with practical experience and support technical projects through structured documentation and data maintenance? Are you tired of pure theory and want to test your skills in practice?

Then become part of our team and gain valuable insights into telecommunications consulting.

• You will gain extensive insights into the exciting work environment of a telecommunications consultancy
• You will support your team in various projects and carry out your tasks independently
• Your activities include tasks from the area of technical documentation and database maintenance (e.g., processing tickets, creating and maintaining data in IT systems)
• You are part of the team and can contribute, develop, and implement your own ideas
• We also offer you the opportunity to write your thesis in our company
• As part of a mentoring program, you will be intensively trained in the topics and supported on your path within the company
• You will use AI-based tools to support research, data preparation, and the creation of technical documentation

Qualifications

Your Profile

• You are a registered student (m/f/d) of Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable degree program
• You have an affinity for technical topics, basic technical understanding, and a responsible and independent way of working
• You are proficient in using the standard MS Office applications
• You have basic knowledge of working with Artificial Intelligence and AI-based tools and can use them meaningfully and responsibly for documentation tasks
• Proficient German and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
