Your Mission
Do you want to collect experience in Support from February/March 2026 onwards for a period of one year? Then wait for an exciting entry here.
You will specifically:
- Support the customer service of AutoScout24 with technical issues (2nd Level Support)
- Support our international product teams
- Be a crucial pillar to support our databases and interfaces
- Maintain availability for our customers
- Independently resolve disturbances on our platform
- Learn extensively about monitoring, data management, API, and interfaces
- Participate in technical projects of AutoScout24
- Prepare reports on stability, performance, and fraud
