Werkstudent Technical Success Manager (TSM) (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Support of the Technical Success Managers in their daily business
• Maintenance and administration of administrative processes
  (Project time recording, Ticket System (Backend, Reporting))
• Support in time recording management and documentation
• Preliminary preparation, follow-up, and filing of documents
• Coordination and maintenance of internal overviews, lists, and databases Azure DevOps
• Support in scheduling appointments and internal communication
• Availability 15-20 hours per week (negotiable)

Your Profile

• Enrolled student at a university or college
• Structured, reliable, and self-reliant work style
• Careful handling of confidential information
• Good organizational skills and high initiative
• Familiarity with MS Office, Notion
• Interest in technical and organizational processes
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• German on a native or fluent level
• Good English skills
