Your Tasks
- Support of the Technical Success Managers in their daily business
- Maintenance and administration of administrative processes
(Project time recording, Ticket System (Backend, Reporting)) - Support in time recording management and documentation
- Preliminary preparation, follow-up, and filing of documents
- Coordination and maintenance of internal overviews, lists, and databases Azure DevOps
- Support in scheduling appointments and internal communication
- Availability 15-20 hours per week (negotiable)
Your Profile
- Enrolled student at a university or college
- Structured, reliable, and self-reliant work style
- Careful handling of confidential information
- Good organizational skills and high initiative
- Familiarity with MS Office, Notion
- Interest in technical and organizational processes
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- German on a native or fluent level
- Good English skills
