Working Student Technical Operations (m/f/d)

Germany is recording new record registrations for electric vehicles and a rapidly increasing number of charging facilities. In this context, the German government has set very ambitious goals and aims to achieve 15 million registered electric vehicles and 1 million installed public charging points by 2030. As a full-service provider for charging infrastructure, Wirelane is therefore operating in a very dynamic and rapidly growing market environment. We must master the constantly increasing demand for and requirements of innovative charging solutions for electric vehicles. For our rapidly growing team, we are looking for you as a working student to strengthen our "Run It" team in the Commercial Operations department at our company headquarters in Munich.

• Analysis, reconciliation, and quality control of technical data from various Wirelane systems and the systems of external partners.
• Identification and clarification of discrepancies in electricity meter, contract, and operational data.
• Preparation, structuring, and visualization of large amounts of data and processing statuses.
• Maintenance and further development of data queries in Salesforce, the Wirelane backend, and SQL databases.
• Documentation of results and contribution to the continuous improvement of our data quality.
• Coordination with internal teams and external partners to resolve faulty or incomplete datasets.

• Enrolled student with an interest in technology, processes, and e-mobility.
• Analytical mindset and a structured and reliable way of working.
• Enjoyment of solving problems and taking responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good German language skills (C1) and availability at the Munich location.
