Our working students are responsible for finding the best talents in the world and convincing them of Picnic. You have excellent writing skills, are enthusiastic when you find the right profiles, and know how to best excite them for the challenges at Picnic. You understand the profiles we are looking for and know how important it is to find the right people for Picnic. We are looking for someone who would support us with us ideally 20 hours per week.

What awaits you

• Requirements Analysis: You work closely with our recruiters and various internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of open vacancies.
• Candidate Sourcing: You search for potential candidates and approach them using LinkedIn Search and other search techniques.
• Talent Building: You develop strategies for building talent pipelines.
• Idea Development: You bring ideas and input that positively impact talent pipelines.

What you bring with you

• You are studying psychology, HR management, business administration, or similar, and are at the end of your Bachelor's or beginning of your Master's degree.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in active sourcing and recruiting or are eager to delve into these topics.
• You are ambitious and bring cool ideas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
• You are a team player and bring strong organizational skills, as well as a love for detail.
• You are willing to work two days a week in our brand-new office in Hamburg.
