Werkstudent Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)

We are BuildlinX, making building automation modern. We're tackling a massive problem: we make the building operation that's responsible for 30% of global CO2 emissions fundamentally more efficient and climate-friendly.
Our team currently consists of 20 employees. That makes us one of the fastest-growing young companies in Northern Germany without investors.

Aufgaben

As Werkstudent:in Talent Acquisition, you'll be a key part of our team and play a crucial role in our growth process. Your main task is to provide direct support to the founding team in the areas of recruiting. Your tasks include:

• The proactive participation in our Recruiting- und Talentstrategie
• An active Sourcing of excellent talents, especially through LinkedIn and other channels
• Anforderungsanalyse (together with C-Level)
• A creative contribution to the conception and implementation of Guerillarecruiting-Taktiken
• Initial Screenings (20-minute first-round interviews) with potential candidates

Qualifikation

You bring:

• You possess strong Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• You have already worked in a Business Kontext
• You can work selbständig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft
• You can be present at least once a week at our office in Hamburg, Germany
• You can demonstrate that you are exceptionally good at what you do (e.g., through very good grades, engagement, personal projects, etc.)
• You are currently enrolled as a student at a German Hochschule/Universität

Nice to have:

• Experience with Talent Sourcing and related tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter)
