We're looking for a proactive work student (m/w/d) who will support us in maintaining, optimizing, and securing our IT infrastructure. • User Support: Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems as well as support for users with various IT systems and applications.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Independent takeover of the IT lifecycle for team members – from setting up notebooks and mobile devices to configuring printer software.
• System Maintenance: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware components (PCs, servers, peripherals) as well as ensuring regular backups and updates.
• Identity Management: Management of user accounts and access rights to ensure a secure and organized operation.

Your Strengths

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Fundamentals: Foundational knowledge in the areas of hardware, software, networks, and IT security.
• Tools: Experience working with Google Workspace environments.
• Soft Skills: A service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a joy for teamwork.
• Mindset: A proactive work approach, flexibility, and the genuine willingness to learn and grow.
• Languages: Fluent German and English language skills (C1 level).
