Your Mission with Us

• Market, Competition & Potential Analysis: You will conduct market, competition, and potential analyses as well as literature and desk research, identify new growth areas, and derive strategic recommendations for action from them.
• Business Model Development: You will participate in the development and validation of new business models and accompany their further development up to implementation.
• Partnerships & Cooperations: You will build strategic partnerships and systematically develop cooperations with external stakeholders.
• Concepts & Business Cases: You will prepare concepts, business cases, and decision documents in a target-group-oriented and convincing manner for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Management & Process Development: You will analyze processes, structure requirements, and manage projects independently in order to continuously develop digital care offerings.

What You Should Bring

• Entrepreneurial Spirit & Self-Motivation: You have a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset, work proactively, take responsibility, think creatively, and are willing to go the extra mile for good results.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Thinking: You can systematically dissect complex issues, prepare key figures and business cases, and derive well-founded recommendations for action from them.
• Independent & Structured Way of Working: You work independently, conscientiously, and organized, maintain an overview even in uncertainty, changing priorities, or multiple parallel topics, and approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
• Communication & Information Processing: You can quickly grasp new information, critically assess it, and prepare it in a target-group-oriented manner. You also communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and deal with feedback openly and constructively.
• PowerPoint & Excel: You have a confident command of PowerPoint and basic Excel skills for analyzing and preparing data.
• Interest in the Healthcare Sector: You are enthusiastic about the healthcare market, digital innovations, and HealthTech, and want to actively shape the healthcare of tomorrow.
• Practical Experience: Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in business development, venture development, HealthTech, or a comparable dynamic environment.
• Languages: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
