Your mission with us

• Market, Competition & Potential Analyses: You will conduct market, competition, and potential analyses as well as literature and desk research, identify new growth areas, and derive strategic recommendations for action from them.
• Business Model Development: You will contribute to the development and validation of new business models and accompany their further development up to implementation.
• Partnerships & Cooperations: You will build strategic partnerships and further develop cooperations with external stakeholders in a structured manner.
• Concepts & Business Cases: You will prepare concepts, business cases, and decision documents in a targeted and convincing manner for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Management & Process Development: You will analyze processes, structure requirements, and manage projects independently to continuously develop digital healthcare offerings.

• Communication & Information Processing: You can quickly grasp new information, critically assess it, and present it in a targeted manner. You also communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and approach feedback openly and constructively.
• PowerPoint & Excel: You have a confident command of PowerPoint and basic Excel skills for data analysis and preparation.
• Interest in the Healthcare Sector: You are enthusiastic about the healthcare market, digital innovations, and HealthTech, and want to actively shape the healthcare of tomorrow.
• Practical Experience: Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in business development, venture development, HealthTech, or a comparable dynamic environment.
• Languages: You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
