• Experience in sales/retail (Store Assistant, Sales Consultant, Customer Advisor, or similar) – Beauty, cosmetics, tech, or wellness are a plus
• Flexibility for changing shifts, Mon–Sat between 08:00 and 22:00
• Ambition: You don't just want to achieve goals, you want to crush them.

• Staying cool, even when things get really hectic in the store.
• Genuine interest in well-being, beauty, and innovation.
• Very good German, good English for daily customer contact.
