Work Student Software Development and DevOps (m/w/d)

You are studying and living in Göttingen and feel well here? As a work student at Sørensen Consulting, you will work on real projects, get to know an experienced team, and develop perspectives directly on site.

We are a young IT consulting company with headquarters in Bovenden. At our company, you can gain practical experience, further develop your skills, and participate in actual IT projects.

In our projects, it's about software development, cloud technologies, DevOps, automation, and integrating complex systems. We work with well-known companies in the energy and software industries together.

English applications are also welcome. :-)

Tasks

Depending on your interest, experience, and project, you can learn about various topics and participate directly at our company.

Possible tasks:

• Participation in the development and further development of customer-specific software solutions
• Support for setting up and operating cloud infrastructure
• Insights into DevOps topics such as build, deployment, monitoring, and automation
• Participation in agile project teams with direct exchange and short distances
• Familiarization with various roles, tasks, and processes in professional IT projects

Duration:

• At least 6 months (with the option to extend)

Qualification

Concrete technology knowledge is not decisive for us. It's particularly well-suited if you have already gained some practical experience in software development, for example through your own projects, an internship, a work-study program, or another way.

Qualifications:

• You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field, completing an IT training, or have acquired relevant knowledge in another way
• You bring interest in software development, cloud technologies, or DevOps with you
• You enjoy learning new things and work motivated in technical topics
• You work well in a team and approach people openly
• You can communicate confidently in German and bring good English skills with you
