You want to build, not just learn? At XALT, you'll develop real software products — from AI-agents to cloud platforms to Atlassian Forge Apps. You'll work with TypeScript, Python, React and modern AI tools on solutions like Container8.io, startlobster.de and Atlassian integrations for enterprise customers.

You'll be working on

Real projects, real users — no practice exercises.

• StartLobster.de: Managed Clawd Hosting for German companies. DSGVO-compliant on Hetzner. You'll help with setup automation, landing pages, and customer onboarding.
• Clawd AI Agents: Configuration and development of AI-agents — skills, integrations (Slack, WhatsApp, E-mail) and custom workflows for B2B customers.
• AI-Powered Wallboards: Intelligent dashboards and wallboards for Atlassian customers — AI-generated visualizations, live data from Jira & Confluence, and automatic insights.
• Vibe Coding Landing Pages: Modern landing pages and marketing sites with AI-supported coding. HTML/CSS/JS without frameworks — fast, beautiful, and performant.
• Container8.io: DevSecOps as a Service — our Kubernetes-based cloud platform. Here, you'll learn DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure in practice.
• Event & Campaign Pages: Landing pages for Atlassian events like Cloud Bound, High Velocity, and webinars. Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Internal AI Tools: Automation of internal processes — from SEO audits to competitor analysis to content creation with AI support.

You'll bring

• Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, data science, or comparable
• Interest in AI, LLMs, and AI-agents — you don't have to be an expert, but be curious
• Basic knowledge in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git and the command line
• Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, cloud services (AWS, Hetzner) or DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD)
• Initiative and enthusiasm to try things out instead of waiting for tasks
• Good German and English skills
