You're burning for Social Media, love creative content and want to take on real responsibility? At Re:Drink, you'll shape our brand presence actively. We're looking for a reliable, creative team member with a focus on motion graphics and strong writing skills that can elevate our social media channels to the next level.

Aufgaben

Your Must-haves – What you bring

• Copywriting: You always hit the right tone, have fun writing and know how to formulate captivating captions and headlines.
• Erfahrung im Social Media Management, Community Management.
• Videoschnitt: You have a good sense for trends and can cut videos (for Reels, YouTube) dynamically and platform-specifically.
• Figma & Designverständnis: You've already worked with Figma. You understand how to work with existing templates and have an eye for ensuring our Corporate Design and Corporate Wording remain consistent.
• Soft Skills: Absolute reliability and a self-reliant working style are second nature to you. Motivation, taking on responsibility, and trying new things.

Nice to have (A Plus, not a Must)

• First experiences with the Meta Ads manager (Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads) are a significant advantage.

Qualifikation

• Munich Residence: You live in Munich. We're a small team and look forward to seeing you 2 days a week fixed in the office. The rest of the time, you can work flexibly remote (15–20 hours/week).
• Linguistic Level: You speak and write German at a native speaker level (absolutely required for our copywriting).
• Long-term Interest: You're not looking for a short-term stopgap. We value it if you want to stay with us long-term and ideally also have interest in developing into a Jr. role at our company after your studies/practicum.
• You study: Design, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Media or comparable fields of study.
