Junior Social Media Assistant (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Video editing for social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, LinkedIn Videos)
• Content production on set and accompaniment of shoots
• Planning, preparation, and publishing of content on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Community management: interaction, comments, engagement
• Performance tracking and evaluation of campaigns
• Drawing conclusions from learnings and optimizing content formats
• Strategic thinking at content ideas, trends, and new formats
• A/B testing and data-based optimization of contents

Qualification

• Familiarity with Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• First-hand practical experience in the field of social media (portfolio, own channels, internships or projects)
• Basic understanding of analytics and KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion)
• Sense for platform mechanisms, trends, and formats
• Structured and independent working style
• Interest in data-driven work and performance optimization
• Creative thinking combined with strategic understanding
