Working Student Social Media (m/f/d) - Focus Instagram

As an innovative joint venture of STRABAG and Putzmeister, we develop and implement future-oriented solutions for the construction industry. Our goal is to establish 3D concrete printing as a mass-market solution in new construction, thereby significantly increasing productivity, efficiency, and sustainability in construction. To achieve this, we combine the dynamism of a small, agile team with the strength of two established corporate groups.

Now that the first construction sites have been implemented, we are building our Instagram presence. For this, we are looking for you: You will develop the channel together with us, implement it operationally, and create simple processes with which our small team can work efficiently. You will coordinate topics directly with management and have the freedom to make a serious B2B presence unique with wit, charm, and real construction site insights.

Tasks

• Develop a clear Instagram strategy for NELCON - from target groups, topics, and tonality to formats and goals
• Build, maintain, and independently implement a realistic editorial plan
• Independently manage the entire content process: develop ideas and formats, write texts, plan and execute photo and video shoots, edit, cut, and publish material
• Professionally create posts, carousels, stories, and reels - from quick construction site updates to high-quality project content
• Capture content in the office and at selected construction sites, and achieve strong results in a solution-oriented manner even under pragmatic conditions
• Create lean templates and participation processes so that the team can contribute ideas, pictures, and updates with minimal effort
• Take over community management, evaluate reach and interactions, and derive concrete optimizations from them

Qualifications

• You are enrolled at a university, ideally in Marketing, Communication, Media, Design, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program
• You are a true social media all-rounder and master the complete content chain - from idea, storyboard, and shooting to image editing, video editing, text, and publication
• You have the practical skills of a content creator and can produce professional, platform-appropriate content even without a large production team
• You are proficient with smartphones or cameras as well as common tools for graphics, image editing, and video editing, such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or comparable
• You have a good feel for language, visual impact, and brand presence - and you know when humor works without losing seriousness
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, don't wait for a perfect briefing, and reliably implement ideas with a hands-on mentality
• You communicate very well in German; English skills are welcome
• You are interested in innovation, technology, or construction - prior knowledge of 3D concrete printing is not required
• You are willing to occasionally travel to construction sites for authentic content; a Class B driver's license is an advantage
