You are Generation Social, you have learned and understood that social media is a medium that has its own laws. You are active enough in social media to recognize trends early. You know how to pick up on these trends, put them to the test, and assess whether and in what form they can be instrumentalized for our clients. You will find the right approach for this, make suggestions, and participate in the implementation - gladly also in front of the camera.

At BALLEYWASL | UNSTK, you will work on projects in Health Care, Social Services, Fashion, Hospitality, and more. We do social media with strategy, attitude, and impact for brands, employer branding, and recruiting. With strong content, clear design, and measurable impact.

Tasks

• Support in the development and implementation of social media campaigns
• Support in the creation of texts and content
• Management of channels and regular community management
• Research for social listening and social selling
• Trend scouting and trend evaluation

Qualification

• You are currently studying, preferably in the field of Marketing/Communication, Journalism, or specifically Social Media
• You have already gained social media experience in an agency or are actively using social media with your own account
• You regularly read up on social media, know the latest trends, and are eager to implement them for specific clients
• You have a secure command of German spelling, a good feel for language, and many ideas for good storytelling
• You use AI as a tool and not as a substitute for independent thinking
• You are a true team player and approach people openly
• You work responsibly, reliably, and on your own initiative
