We love practical kitchen helpers who really make everyday life easier. Exactly from this idea Wundermix has developed: Since 10 years we have been developing and selling innovative accessories for Thermomix, Monsieur Cuisine, Bosch Cookit and other kitchen machines.

This idea has grown into a company with now 25 employees – and today we are Market Leader in our Segment. We sell our products through our own online shops, marketplaces like Amazon, as well as to retailers and distributors in Germany, Europe, and worldwide.

What's particularly important to us is our claim to quality: Most of our products are developed by our own team and made in Germany. Our engineers and product designers tinker daily on clever solutions that really work in the kitchen – high-quality, long-lasting, and well-thought-out.

At our modern location in Garching near Munich, Product Development, Production, E-Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics work together closely.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Werkstudent Social Media Marketing (m/w/d). You will support us in expanding our brand on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels, creating creative content, and integrating our community.

Aufgaben

• You manage our social media channels, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and support their strategic further development.
• You plan, design, and create targeted content like posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• You produce and edit photo and video material, including tools like Canva, CapCut or similar applications.
• You take over active community management and communicate with our community, customers, and influencers.
• You monitor current social media trends and develop corresponding content ideas for our brand. You support social media campaigns, giveaways, product launches, and community actions.
• You analyze relevant social media key figures and derive impulses for optimizing our content and channel strategy from them.
• You work on a consistent, authentic, and target-group-oriented communication with.
• Optional, there is the possibility to write a bachelor's or master's thesis in cooperation with Wundermix.

Qualifikation

• You are studying media/communication sciences, marketing, business administration, journalism, German studies, or a comparable field.
• You have a good sense for social media, trends, communities, and digital content.
• You feel at home on Instagram and TikTok and understand which contents work there.
• You have first experience with content creation, reels, short videos, image editing, or video editing.
• You work safely with tools like Canva, CapCut or similar applications.
• You formulate texts and hit the right tone for different target groups.
• You work independently, structured, and reliably.
• You bring creativity, organizational talent, and a quick understanding ability with you.
• We expect very good German language skills and a good sense of language.
