Working Student Social Media / Marketing (m/f/d)

Social media is more than just pretty posts for you? You are studying, know the practical side, and want to not only implement content but also think about it and develop it further? Then we are looking for you as a Working Student Social Media / Marketing (m/f/d). With us, you will actively shape LinkedIn and Instagram, as well as new formats and our external image – 16-20 hours per week and flexibly compatible with your studies.

Your tasks as a working student:

• From the initial idea to the finished post, you will develop content for LinkedIn and Instagram, bringing your creative ideas to the table.
• You will actively shape our employer branding on Kununu and ensure that our employer brand appears authentic and credible externally.
• In community management, you will keep an eye on comments, messages, and interaction with our community, ensuring active exchange.
• You will support topic and editorial planning by coordinating content and deadlines and maintaining an overview of our content activities.
• With an eye on the performance of our content, you will analyze initial results, derive learnings, and develop new formats and content ideas from them.
• For our trade fair appearances, you will take over the preparation and ensure on-site that potential (new) customers and applicants receive a positive and professional impression of us.

Must-haves: 

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) – ideally with a focus on: Marketing, Communications, or Media.
• You are at home on LinkedIn and Instagram and have a feel for what works on which platform.
• Initial practical experience with social media content – from an internship, a university project, or your own channel.
• You write confidently in German and can adapt to different tonalities; English is a plus.
• You can contribute 16-20 hours per week.
• Nice to have: Basic skills in Canva, image editing, or simple video editing.
