Student Assistant Social Media & Marketing (m/w/d)

We are building modern logopedics anew.

Eloquendo starts with the goal of making logopedics more efficient, specialized, and technologically modern – for patients just as much as for therapists. We have our first major practice in Munich and are developing a nationwide practice group from it.

We are looking for a student assistant who is enthusiastic about building up our social media presence and making our brand visible to the outside world.

The Most Important Thing Briefly ✨

• Framing: Student Assistant, 20 hours/week, starting immediately or by arrangement. Flexible times around your university.
• Location: Hybrid – regularly on site in Munich (for content production at the practices), otherwise flexible.
• Salary: €16 per hour, dependent on experience.

You will build up our social media presence – from strategy for individual channels to the individual reel. This is not just editing work, but actual brand building that remains.

Social Media & Content

• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF OUR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.)
• PLANNING, CREATION, AND PUBLICATION OF CONTENT
• DEVELOPMENT OF CONTENT IDEAS AND FORMATS
• SUPPORT FOR VIDEO-, IMAGE-, AND SHORT-FORM-CONTENT
• COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT AND SIMPLE ANALYTICS

Optional: Employer Branding

• SUPPORT FOR BUILDING OUR EMPLOYER BRAND
• CONTENT AROUND TEAM, CULTURE, AND RECRUITING
• SUPPORT FOR CAREER- AND RECRUITING-CAMPAIGNS

Optional: Performance Marketing

• SUPPORT FOR SIMPLE GOOGLE ADS OR META ADS CAMPAIGNS
• SUPPORT FOR TRACKING, REPORTING, AND LANDING PAGES

Qualification

• EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS
• A SECURE FEELING FOR CONTENT, VISUAL LANGUAGE, AND CURRENT SOCIAL MEDIA TRENDS
• EFFECTIVE AND STRUCTURED WORK STYLE
• VERY GOOD GERMAN SKILLS

• EXPERIENCE WITH VIDEO EDITING OR CONTENT TOOLS
• FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH PERFORMANCE MARKETING (GOOGLE ADS / META ADS)
