Working Student Social Media & Content Marketing (m/f/d)

Your Mission

You will support the marketing team in planning, creating, publishing, and evaluating content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You will work closely with the Creative Team, which produces the video content. Your goal: to increasingly manage the Smarketer Group's social media channels independently in day-to-day business and develop them based on data.

Tasks

Your Daily Business

• Participation in the editorial plan as well as development of topics, hooks, and platform-specific content formats
• Conception of new short video formats for Reels and Shorts together with the Creative Team
• Creation of LinkedIn posts, captions, YouTube titles, and descriptions using current AI tools
• Adaptation of carousels, stories, post graphics, and thumbnails based on existing CI templates
• Publication of posts as well as maintenance of profiles, playlists, channel information, and featured areas
• Management of comments and messages as well as support for colleagues with corporate influencer content
• Monthly evaluation of relevant channel KPIs and derivation of learnings for new formats and platform features

Qualifications

What makes you stand out

• Enrolled student, ideally in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or similar
• Practical experience in creating social media content, e.g., for your own channel, a club, a university initiative, an internship, or a company
• Enthusiasm for social media and a good sense for the different functionalities of YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Basic understanding of target groups, messages, and marketing funnels as well as reliable handling of deadlines and posting rhythms
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI features, as well as confident use of Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express
• Joy in communication, a confident demeanor, and a desire to win over colleagues for content and to be in front of the camera for short video formats
• Meaningful work samples in the form of posts, channels, or videos, preferably with a brief note on your own contribution and the results
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, for successful communication with colleagues and clients
